Because of that, I strive to never be performative in my support of Black, Brown, Indigenous, LGBT+ and religious communities.

Instead, I promise to use my platform to advocate for people who are systematically marginalized for the way they look, the way they love, and the way they pray.

I have the responsibility to listen to conversations that make us uncomfortable and challenge mindsets that we may hold on to.

I will never wait for “things to blow over”. Diversity is not a political issue.
